I started at the bedside, moved into leadership and led teams through major transitions that shaped how I approach complex systems. Two decades of experience as an RN with clinical care, operational, and system-level change have shaped the insights I bring to teams on their pathway to success.
One lesson has remained consistent throughout: lasting change is never solely about the evidence or the protocol. It depends on the people responsible for carrying it forward. People do not resist change because they lack care or commitment; they resist it when they feel excluded, unconvinced, or unsupported. Helping teams bridge that gap is Karen’s passion.
